I know Rutgers is in the big 10 and that’s fine. Let’s not forget that these two teams haven’t met since 2013. Notre dame was 15-5 in conference play. They got the shaft because Virginia tech was able to punch their ticket into the tournament at their expense. Virginia tech played phenomenal. With that being said, This is a team that beat Kentucky
, they beat UNC and on the other hand Rutgers lost to DePaul, Massachusetts and Lafayette. You cannot under any circumstance lose to Lafayette. The committee still felt they did enough to get into the tournament ?
Rutgers 12-10 in big 10 play, they did sweep ? IOWA during regular season play. Notre dame is quite a good team. 6-0 ATS after a loss. Rutgers didn’t even expect to be here. After Norte dame beat Kentucky, I believe they expected to be in this tournament. Notre dame is ready to dance ?
